BORUSTRUCTURES Ltd provides professional design, fabrication, and construction services in accordance with project proposals or quotations agreed upon with the client. Each project’s specific deliverables and timelines will be clearly outlined before commencement.
A project deposit may be required before work begins.
Remaining payments are due upon completion or as stated in the approved quotation.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or other accepted methods.
Late payments may result in delays or additional charges.
Clients must provide all necessary site access, documentation, and approvals required for project execution. Delays caused by missing information or permissions may affect the project schedule and cost.
Any modifications to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing. Such changes may affect the overall pricing and delivery timeline.
BORUSTRUCTURES Ltd guarantees workmanship in accordance with industry standards.
We are not responsible for damage or defects arising from third-party interference, misuse, or external factors beyond our control.
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party fails to meet agreed obligations. Payments for work completed up to the termination date remain due.
By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
